Turmeric Rice With Coriander

Ingredients
- 50 gr Rice
- 40 gr Onion diced
- 10 gr fresh chopped Coriander
- 60 gr chicken breast – cubed
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 200 cc chicken stock
- 20 ml salad oil
- Salt pepper
- 40 gr Pickles
*Pickles
- Dice carrot
- Dice bengkuang
- Dice shallot
- Julienne red chili
- Dice cucumber
- Dice pineapple
- Sugar
- Vinegar
- Salt
How to: Wash all above ingredients with ice water
to remove the starch of vegetables and to become crispy, drain it well,
mixed all of them, seasoning with sugar, vinegar and salt.
How to Prepare:
- Heat the stock pot with some oil.
- Sauteed onion until fragrant, mean while cut the chicken into cube, add in into sauteed onion, Continue cooking, add some chicken stock, seasoning with salt pepper, turmeric, mix it well, and simmer for approximately 30 minutes,
- When the rice is tender add the chopped coriander, and serve with pickle and some crackers.
